"I was disappointed that I had to ask for everything to be in my room. Then I had to go and pick it up. Only one of everything in the room. If I needed anything extra I had to go and pick it up! They were awesome about extending my stay due to weather! Definitely great for that!"

"The room furniture was very well worn out, chips and big stains on it. Bathroom was clean. Front desk was nice but only used them for check in. Continental breakfast was definitely lacking, most of it was run out/empty by 6:30am"

"The staff that operate this facility are very helpful and responsive to guests needs. It is rare that I see this level of customer care and genuine desire to do what can be done to assist the traveler with their needs. I highly recommend it for short or long stays."

"Ok so the room wasn’t bad ! Location wasn’t bad ! Right off freeway !!!! So very easy to get right back on and keep traveling ! A short distance to light rail . Bed was comfy , room was clean , bathroom was good . Water pressure was just ok ! But the one thing that was a big issue was the smell out side the hotel . Omgosh it stuck soooooo bad . Like to the point of wanting to puke . I had to send my kid and friend into hotel so they wouldn’t get sick . I was able to stand it and unload the...

"Firstly, after a very long day driving, it would’ve been nice to have 4 bottles of water not 2 for my 3 kids and I on check in. Secondly, the room was MUCH smaller than advertised and my two kids 10 & 12 had to squeeze onto a teeny couch bed. Unless a ridiculously long hallway in our suite counts as square footage?
