"Recent stay wasn't the best. Was staying with my Dad who is battling dementia (I gave the front desk a heads up about his condition). One of the neighbors kept slamming the door way after quiet hours so I had to keep calling the front desk to complain because it's hard enough keeping my Dad calm and asleep without him constantly getting woken up. "The bathtub did not drain properly and sand was in the tub. The rooms were not soundproofed well that you can hear footsteps from the upper floor; we woke up because of footstep noise at 2:00am. We had to move to another hotel for better sleep and rest."
