"Pros: Beautiful hotel building, shopping mall on first floor, parking free underground, clean, comfy bed, clean shower with unlimited hot water, bar by lobby with great drinks, good location. Cons: not a smart tv for Netflix and unwinding from a long day. Fiesta club meals included with stay, breakfast was okay, dinner was basically frozen chicken nuggets with club sandwiches and fruit and desserts. Unlimited drinks there but they only had wine and beer."

"El hotel es increíble, tiene una ubicación perfecta, muy cerca del centro , es un lugar muy seguro y cuenta con un estacionamiento grande. El personal de recepción es muy amable y accesible! las habitaciones estan super limpias, son muy privadas y cuentan con todos los servicios! La alberca tambien es muy privada y el area para tomar el desayuno es muy relajante. Recomiendo este hotel al 100%. Sin duda es la mejor opcion para hospedarse en Mérida."
