Services were good, location was impeccable with just a 5 mins walk to Lotte duty free, myeongdong shopping street and about 10 mins walk to shinshege and namdaemun market. "The room was clean but some of the towels had holes. The bed was comfortable and there was no noise. The gym sucks. It’s so small on needs an update. The breakfast was pretty good but my pancakes were raw inside one day. Overall, I loved the location of the hotel. It’s central and everything is walking distance. Loved that you get discounts at shops on the street if you’re a guest."

"Hotel was clean and comfortable. Didn't really have much interaction with the staff. No traditional front desk but a kiosk, which a staff member assisted without being asked to and was completed in approx a minute. The rooms are clean with just enough size and amenities. "Friendly staff, newly renovated rooms, location is walking distance to Myeongdong street, and steps away to subway and bus stations. Also same building with to Starbucks and 7-Eleven and McDonalds is just across the street. Rooms are a bit cramped though for a family of 4 but overall was a good stay. "
