"We stayed for 1 night as a family of 3. The hotel was new, the location was nice, the cleanliness was good. However, a baby bed is important for families. Unfortunately, there are no baby beds. I hope they will fix the deficiencies soon. What comes to my mind; Foot towel, face towel, air conditioner, baby bed, spare blanket, kitchenware. (There is nothing but 2 plates, 2 glasses, 2 knives and 1 kettle)"

"The property has self contained apartments, which was a big plus for us, so we can cook our gluten free food, a walking distance Kaziley shopping area, thé management and thé stuff are very helpful specially Salah the duty manager."

"Absolutely horrible place stay they claim that they did not have the payment which is done in advance. In addition, they highlight that they don’t have any agreement with Expedia. I needed to find another place even though the payuhas been completed for this one and I did not get paid back. "

"Everything was amazing! The staff were really kind and helpful. The location is excellent - within walking distance to many shops, bars, and restaurants, yet the hotel area was quiet. The breakfast was delicious and had many options. We loved our stay here. We would love to stay again!"

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Overall we had an okay experience. The room was clean but the bed was not comfortable. We did not ask the staff to change our room. On of the biggest problems I had was that for two days early in the morning, people would open our rooms door without permission and I found out on the second day because I was asleep the day before and my husband said he saw them come in. I told the front desk and they said they would take care of it. The hotel front desk staff was incredibly helpful and nice to us. We needed to print some papers and they gladly assisted us with them. In total, we were satisfied with our stay, thank you Hotel Green Park."
