The property has self contained apartments, which was a big plus for us, so we can cook our gluten free food, a walking distance Kaziley shopping area, thé management and thé stuff are very helpful specially Salah the duty manager.

I was surprised with room, it was very clean, the staff talk in both Eng/Arb, this was very helpfule. he was smile, he helped me with kitchen items.... price is very reasonable.... I recomend it and sure will go there again and again

The hotel is located in a safe, quiet location. The hotel has a friendly and helpful staff. Taxi rank. Kazylai Metro station is 400 meters from the hotel. There is a beautiful mosque on the way to the metro.

Friendly staff at the hotel are always ready to tell you if something is unclear. Always offer tea and coffee) the location of the hotel is close to Kyzylai square and the Kuzylai metro station.

The room is clean. There are many grocery stores near the hotel. A beautiful mosque is 100 meters away. Sometimes cats come to the hotel to be petted and fed, 30 meters from the hotel there is a food store for animals.

stay was good, location also can we say it was fine. the bad points for my stay was being at the basement floor(-1) which not be highlighted will booking, which was something like a bad point. also however this is an apartment, there were no any kitchen tools (dishes, spons, forks,...) only teapot was there also this was not fair

Staff was wonderful. Comfortable bedrooms rooms and quiet but but the basement had a sewege smell near the washroom and kitchen and bathroom needs major renovations. Also not enough lighting. The location was perfect and it was not very noisy in the bedrooms which were comfortable. Only complaint was no AC! You have to open the windows. This should have been more clear. However, I slept well.

Avoid Avoid Avoid The appointment has a kitchen which has no cutlery or cooking pots or glasses !! It was just dirty empty units. It’s not safe as well. Exposed electrical wires everywhere as seen in the attached photos. The apartment we booked wasn’t available and we have to pay extra fir another one. It’s old and the furniture is rotten.

La habitacion que elegi tenia balcon, tiene television, y aire acondicionado, todo servis bien y estaba limpio lo que no me gusto es que las fotos que aparecen ya son muy viejas y no se parecen a lo de hoy en dia que ya esta muy descuidado, especialmente el balcon. La hora del check in es despues de las 16:00hrs lo cual no vi porque imagine que como en todos los lugares seria a las 14:00hrs lo que se me hace demasiado tarde. El wifi va bien

Odalar standart değildi galiba çünkü internette gördüğümüz ile aynı mı diye sorduğumuzda evet dediler ama bodrum kattaydı bizim odamız. Banyo oldukça küçüktü ve klozete bile oturmak çok zordu. Onun dışında çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi.
