Uma boa lembrança que se foi

Tínhamos uma boa lembrança do hotel, pois já havíamos nos hospedado outras duas vezes no Farina, porém desta vez foi decepcionante. Nos colocaram em um quarto sem janela externa, quando entramos no quarto havia cheiro de gordura da cozinha do hotel, quarto com mofo no teto, cortina do banheiro mofada. Enfim, foi bem decepcionante.

Voltei no Farina pela segunda vez. A primeira experiência foi positiva, mas na presente estadia deixou a desejar. Por incrível que pareça, paguei mais caro pela diária por querer me hospedar novamente neste hotel, no anúncio paguei mais caro pelo quarto onde dizia “uma cama de casal” pois fiz a viagem com meu noivo e não havia sentido juntar duas camas de solteiro (mesmo que fosse mais barato) ao chegar ao hotel tive a infeliz surpresa de que eu havia contratado duas camas de solteiro segundo o gerente. O que me surpreendeu pois foi q única exigência que eu busquei no aplicativo, também me chamou a atenção que no presente dia, o único quarto que não havia foto ou informações foi o que eu havia contratado. Fiquei decepcionada com a situação e infelizmente não pretendo mais voltar. Outro ponto importante foi que o vaso sanitário do quarto ficava vazando a noite toda, o hotel precisa de mais manutenção.

Estrutura ficou no tempo.

Carpete do quarto manchado, desgastado. Merecia atualizacao ja ha algum tempo. Sistema de calefacao nao funcionou. Apenas 5 canais de tv. Quarto barulhento, ouvia-se tudo que passava no corredor. As bebidas do café da manhã sao refrescos, e nao sucos. Distante do centro da cidade.

Quarto “luxo” sem ar condicionado.

Prestem atenção na hora de reservar. Nem todos os quartos tem ar condicionado. Não fica muito evidente na hora da reserva. Cheguei lá e fui surpreendido com essa informação, depois de bastante insistência, conseguimos (pagando extra óbvio) um quarto com ar. Deveriam retirar da descrição que possui área “fitness”, tentei utilizar o espaço mas são apenas 3 esteiras que não funcionam (tentei correr nelas e quase caí, manutenção zero). O restante do hotel era de razoável para ruim. Alguns colaboradores muito pró ativos, outros com um pouco de má vontade.

ATENÇÃO DIRETORIA DO FARINA PARQUE HOTEL

Hotel muito Bom Café da Manhã impecável, mas nos frustrou a Piscina que tinha parcos lugares e queríamos aproveitá-la , infra estrutura da piscina muito pequena para o numero de hospedes , íamos estender mais um ou dois dias e preferimos mudar de hotel por causa da piscina!

Fomos muito bem atendidos do início ao fim. Em especial, um jovem que fica na porta auxiliando com as malas. Após o checkout, precisávamos esquentar água para o chimarrão, ele escutou, e prontamente se dispôs a esquentar a água mesmo após termos finalizado a estadia no hotel! Hotel exatamente como nas fotos, café da manhã impecável, e ambiente extremamente calmo. Voltarei com toda certeza!

Ainda volto para aproveitar no inverno!

O Farina é incrível! Atendimento espetacular. A estrutura é boa. Limpeza impecável. Café da manhã é ótimo. A piscina é excelente! Ainda que o hotel seja em frente à rodovia, é silencioso e confortável. Só atente-se ao reservar, pois há quartos sem ar condicionado.
