"Location was a bit hard to find at first, especially since we are not Italian and were driving ourselves, but we got it. Parking was a little challenging but we were able to get a spot on the street not too far away.
The apartment was very clean and had what we needed for our 2 night stay. Communication with them about our arrival time, travel documents, and after hour check in access was all done in WhatsApp with quick responses from them. Location was a bit far from the sights but we did...

"Feels like property incomplete in furnishing, still being set.
Lots of service glitches...They couldn't sort my storage and I had no where to keep it. Quite frustrating given my locked had been prebooked.
Air con was only 'on', but not working, with windows shut - it got stuffy. No one came to fix it.
Huge space, which was nice, but felt they could have added a desk and chair in the room. Nowhere to keep your stuff other than a strange shelf unit. As bed was high, and it all just felt weird....

"The unit was amazing and very spacious!
We had one issue, the dishwasher was filled with very dirty dishes and the crew did not wash them before we checked in.
It was badly needed to be cleaned.
No one came to clean the room throughout our stay. We called almost every day to complain to the representative at the hotel were they were available only in the morning, they said to come to the the hotel to talk with the representative, but we were going on excursions every morning early.

"Extremely disappointing experience. Terrible customer service and no assistance when we needed it most.
I would never stay at PopArtment again, especially when traveling with children.
Beyond the attractive apartments, the customer service is absolutely terrible. Staff are dismissive, respond rudely, and show a complete lack of accountability.
We lost our keycard and called their advertised 24/7 assistance number repeatedly, but nobody answered for over 10 hours. We had to spend the night...

"Leider hat das Apartment „Bravo“ ein sehr modrig riechendes Bad, was sehr unangenehm war. Die Fenster im Schlafzimmer lassen sich nicht verdunkeln und fast alle Fliegengitter an den Fenstern sind beschädigt bzw. Nicht richtig angebracht, sodass man die Fenster nicht allzu lange geöffnet lassen möchte (schwierig wegen modrigen Geruch).

"Not sure if it was just because it was September but there seemed to be a mosquito infestation. I killed at least 3 while I stayed there and still woke up being bit.
Also the shower does not stay a stable temperature. If you're in there for long enough it will randomly change temp on you and you have to fiddle with it to get it right again. This will happen multiple times if you take long showers."
