"Firstly no hotel sign board, it was on the floor outside in pieces so it was hard to find the hotel. Check in experience dreadful, unkempt disinterested staff, untidy reception. We paid extra for a deluxe ocean view room. There are no ocean view rooms at this hotel since all rooms face South! Room not bad, slight uriine smell and some cobwebs. "Overall, we had a good stay at The Zuri White Sands, Goa Resort & Casino. The property is beautiful, the staff members were consistently friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a good variety and was enjoyable. We also had dinner at the coffee shop café, which was very good. We tried the Japanese restaurant as well. While the ambiance was elegant and the service was excellent, we felt the food did not meet our expectations given the...

"We stayed in room 616. This is a basic 4 star hotel for sure. It is clean. And the rooms are large. Bed is large and comfortable but the pillows were so soft they didn't work. However our bar fridge didn't work. The bathroom is large. The breakfast was adequate but we did have to ask for butter, There was no Ham or bacon available on the morning we stayed. Which is ok but after a while you do want a European breakfast. We had a room service dinner which was adequate... lamb Chops were...
