"Nice an close to Manitou, smaller place so not so much noise. A little older building but was remodeled in rooms. Just perfect comfort for a good nights sleep between the days outings. We were very happy with it."

"Our room was clean, but there were ants in the shower, so my husband told them in the office, and they were shocked and glad we told them. Breakfast was simple, but they had hard-boiled eggs, for which we were grateful. We appreciated the bench in front of our room so we could sit and read outside, enjoying the view. Beds were comfortable. The flower bed full of succulents was beautiful! I'd recommend it."

"Very small bathroom and shower. Had many dead bugs on the sink and cobwebs all above the sink. I cleaned them off. Also smelled of weed pretty strongly upon entering. Not sure if it was the unit below or an adjacent unit, but I got used to it. Was good in a pinch. Would recommend updating carpet/furniture, and do a more thorough job of cleaning."

"This place was convenient to downtown where our event was. Super clean room and restaurant. Our only issue was key fob for electronic lock was hypersensitive and it took about 25 attempts each time we entered the room to work. Last morning we had to leave early and couldn't get into room - office staff were not on site for another 20 minutes and we had to leave with stuff still in our room. Worked out but too much of a hassle."

I appreciated the quite room across the hall with comfortable chairs and tables for playing games. The grounds were spectacular and unforgettable! And, we've never had a better breakfast anywhere. Our stay fed body, soul, and spirit. We can't wait to go back!!"

"Absolutely delightful B&B. Located in the center of town (but very quiet at night) near restaurants, lovely shops & excellent laundromat. Easy drive to Garden of the Gods. Super clean, excellent hot breakfast, super welcoming hosts and staff. "
