"I loved my stay here. There is valet parking at $20 a day. This came in handy due to the area. The room was beautiful. I will definitely return. "

I would have loved that there was a front desk person however the person that I talked to over the phone to give me our lock box number so friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate as far as cleanliness goes. And the property is pet friendly however we did not bring our dog this time we will bring our dog next time though! "

"The motel places a high value for cleanliness. The renovation of the guest rooms adds to the character of the motel. The only criticism is the noise level is amplified due to lack of soundproof of the rooms. Unfortunately the rooms on either side of our room failed to control of the noise. we were awaken by music playing and television playing loudly thru the evening."

"The remodel of the rooms is super wonderful. So bright and clean. This motel is vastly underrated. Walking distance for all th8ngs Manitou Springs. Just park you car for the entire stay and enjoy the wlks. The stop for the free bus is right out front."

"Really enjoyed our stay here. It’s in a great spot—easy walking distance to just about everything, and right across the street from the shuttle buses, which made getting around super convenient. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were all so kind and welcoming. The bed was a little firmer than my liking. We didn’t try the breakfast this time, but from a previous stay it was pretty simple—mostly packaged items like fruit and muffins. Overall, a good, honest place to stay.”"
