"Our room had what appeared to be construction dust as it was new construction. The front desk was rarely staffed. No hair dryer in room. No extra TP or towels, just one each. No tissue in room. Just seemed like a brand new really unorganized operation. Would not go back"

"Breakfast selection was picked over with very little left over and hour before closing.
Food all over the floor also
We got home and found a $65 charge that we had no idea what it was. We called and were told that it was a bar bill. We never camr near the bar. After they investigated it was obviously not even our room. Good thing we caught it."

"Friendly checkin , helped me get into a better upgraded room early, there was a charge. No free upgrades at this hotel. Did ask for a late check out with a $50 charge , I declined. The room was really clean and smelled good and furniture seemed new. Customer service was great all around. Water park was fun ! The only real disapointment was the jacuzzis at 2 seperate locations at Sedona upper and lower were broken and pool for Sedona lower was very dirty. We just went to Camelback building and it...

"I chose this hotel as it was very close to Tempe Beach Park(the Reggie Rise Yp Festival was their). I could bot have been happier with my choice. The neighbor hood was beautiful.
