Staff were great, the only downside is that the restaurant food mediocre, local places much better quality. Gym small but fine for what we needed and 24hr which was perfect for early use. "A nice hotel within walking distance of the centre of Tirana, but with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars close by. Rooms were large and comfortable, breakfast was reasonable. The hotel has a nice outdoor cafe area which had a nice vibe as it was used by locals as well as hotel guests. Fast wifi throughout the hotel Staff were very friendly. The bus from Tirana airport stops virtually right outside the hotel - but you need to let the driver know that you want the stop. If travelling out of Tirana by bus from North and South bus terminal it is at least 15/20 minute taxi drive from the hotel and costs around 7 Euros."

"I was asked to leave my car keys with the hotel staff because their parking area is very small for a hotel of that size. During this time, my rental vehicle was damaged by a member of the hotel staff. I have CCTV footage of the incident, as well as a signed incident report from the hotel. They initially promised to cover the cost of the damage within 3–4 days. However, it has now been over two weeks, and instead of compensating me, they have only been providing excuses and delaying the payment."
