"There is definitely no complaint about the location and the cleanliness. But the water flow of the shower head is too weak. The ladder of the bunker bed is made of thin metal bars, therefore it is hard and dangerous to climb up and down. Finally if a bath tub is available, it will be much better. Anyway, it is a nice stay. "

"5-Star Service Every staff member at The Loden is welcoming, informative, and went out of their way to please. We stayed in a room with two beds that was spacious and bright, with comfortable beds, a beautiful bathroom with separate shower and a giant tub, and daily "treats" and lemon water for turndown service. "Overall the stay was good, but disappointing that they were experiencing so many issues -- unable to access parking to/from the lobby, lounge/breakfast area closed under construction, only one of three elevators seemed to be working, etc. Pool area closing ridiculously early at 7pm even when there was no evening event scheduled at the nightclub (shared space). Rooms were reasonably nice and well-appointed. Had to call staff and long waits to obtain simple things like ice and drinking water,...

"Staff was friendly from the bell hops, concierge to housekeeping. Prime location for visitors who plan on arriving from YVR via Canada Line. Also close proximity to the Expo Line and Sea Bus. Didn’t need to rent a vehicle for my entire stay of 7 days. Also a plus, it’s across the street from the waterfront."
