L'hôtel est un ensemble complet ; la nourriture est superbe, le service du personnel est de première qualité, le spa est relaxant, les vues sont à couper le souffle. Honnêtement, nous recommandons vivement à tous ceux qui s'arrêtent dans la région ou dans les environs d'Andorre de réserver cet hôtel. Nous aimerions également remercier le personnel de la réception pour son aide lors de notre séjour et pour ses recommandations sur les endroits à visiter."

"Actual hotel was ok but having taking authorisation details earlier while booking I was then charged again at the hotel .Actually two payments were attempted to be taken from my saved debit card ! HSBC contacted me regarding fraud attempts and blocked my card.But even worse than that the female on reception was aggressive and shouted non stop."

"Everything was great. The only problem was that the Expedia booking didn't go through although I did get a confirmation, from Expedia. Fortunately they still had a room available so we got in. It cost me an extra thirty euros though but I was too tired to make an issue out of it, especially as it was Expedia fault according to the receptionist. "
