"The hotel was very nice and as expected, good breakfast and the food from the restaurant was first class. Travelling as a family a big draw of this accomodation was the pool. This was not the cheapest hotel around I figured this to be because it had a pool. I was a little surprised (albeit not the for the first time I'm Italy) that the pool was extra charge, and not a small amount either. That said, I found the room quite small – I had to place my suitcase on the bed to open it – and the mattress was very firm, which made for a less comfortable sleep. Because the room is on the ground floor near the front door, I was woken when new guests arrived around midnight.
