"Lovely property just a short walk into the centre of Bourton on the water, though beware there is a very steep hill to climb when walking back. Very spacious. Lounge and open plan kitchen could do with a bit of an update. Fabulous views across the country side and so many different species of birds to view from the very large window in the lounge. "Sweet historic little cottage with precious garden, modern kitchen and comfy bed. Stairs are very narrow if you have mobility issues. Bring a sleeping mask as one room is very bright in the morning, due to skylights that make the room cheerful. Had trouble finding it because google map is incorrect. It is located on a very very narrow alleyway and the ivy covered fence has no signage on the outside! You open the green gate in the midst of the ivy covered fence! Lovely spot. Hope to return soon!"
