"The hotel is in a nice quiet neighborhood and a 10 minute walk to anywhere in the old town. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and our room was clean and comfortable."

"Overall, we had a great stay and there was a lot to enjoy, but there were a few things that could definitely have been better. The pool area itself was lovely, however there never seemed to be anyone around taking drinks orders. The pool bar is also located outside of the pool area, which isn’t particularly convenient when it’s over 30°C and you have to keep drying off and leaving the area just to get a bottle of water or a drink. There was also quite a noticeable sewage smell in some of the corridors during our stay, which wasn’t pleasant. Unfortunately, the spa had no treatment availability at all for the entire time we were there, which was disappointing. We also paid to use the indoor spa pool, which is advertised as heated, but the water wasn’t warm at all, so it didn’t really feel worth the additional cost. Breakfast had a good selection, but the eggs and potatoes from the buffet were consistently cold whenever we had them. None of these things ruined our stay and overall we did enjoy the hotel, but they are definitely areas that could be improved, particularly for a 5 star hotel of this standard."

"Very central location, close to shopping, parks, monuments, and the cathedral. Breakfast buffet was nice, with a variety of items to choose from. It was tricky to figure out how to get to the parking lot for the hotel under the building, but the staff was very helpful in letting me know how to get to it once we got there. The staff was very professional and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable."

"Un hôtel qui prend de l’âge mais qui reste une bonne option pour plusieurs raisons. Propre et vaste chambre(demandez à être coté piscine). Personnel sympathique. La piscine est grande et propre. Stationnement gratuit. Prix raisonnable. Petit déjeuner avec choix, mais les œufs brouillés sont en gibelotte(pas terrible) et froid. L’hôtel est assez loin du centre mais juste à côté d’un Burger King et d’un Aldi(épicerie). Il y a aussi à côté une station d’essence au meilleur prix en ville! Un bus passe directement devant le stationnement de l’hôtel et vous emmène au centre en 20 minutes. Un taxi pour le centre coûte 10€. Un Uber 7/8€. 40 minutes à pied."

"Very expensive for what you get, but it also comes with the area. Hotel was good, shower was the highlight, strong water pressure. Pool was closed as it was out of season. Parking was ok even though one side was unpaved. The breakfast could have been better but was good enough. I think the best value for this hotel is if you play golf as well. We stayed here because it was close to Puy du Fou Espana, it was very convenient for that, we were able to get back to the hotel before the night show for 1 hour and relax."
