From our point of view, all tourist accommodations should have someone on their team with a good level of English who is able to maintain a conversation. The Blue Windows´manager told me that, speaking English was not part of her “business model,” and I completely disagree. The only person who demonstrated this high level of professional communication was Ms. Sandra García. Thanks to Ms García, for her care and excellent attitude at all times when they need support."

"After we booked, and paid for, a room the hotel sent us a message saying (in Spanish - which I was able to translate because of a basic knowledge of the language) that the hotel was closed because of water inundation. They followed up with a shorter message simply saying that the hotel was closed. So, we had to find another hotel at short notice. The hotel should not have been listed as available."
