"Struggled a little with the lock box on arrival, but managed to get in. Can't comment on communication with the host, as we had no need to. The property was PERFECT. the position on the park is ideal. It was out of the way, up on the Hill so was peaceful and had excellent views. We had everything we needed and more. "The chalet was clean and comfortable and in a lovely peaceful and picturesque location. However we did have a problem with the bathroom door as lock was lose and on occasions we couldn't get out of the bathroom or in if the door was properly closed. On stripping of the beds as requested by the cleaning company notes left in the chalet, my daughter was quite upset to discover a dodgy looking yellow stain on the mattress protector under the bottom sheet and also on the pillows.
