"The staff were lovely. So friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was small but met our needs. Good water temperature and pressure in the shower. Great hand wash and shower gel/shampoo included (Grown Alchemist). The room was very quiet and although busy we didn’t get disturbed by other guests. There were some outside noises heard from trucks/workers but they were minimal. The location was great. "Our second stay in this lovely hotel. They are very welcoming and Room 11 was spacious with extra seating inside and out on the balcony. Breakfast is extensive with local produce and home made jams. Oberkirche is less than 10 minutes away by car so this hotel is placed well for travelling around the area. We will definitely come back again next year."

"Superb hotel really convenient for all Strasbourg has to offer. Really helpful staff especially Thomas behind reception. Room really nice and breakfast had lots of choice. The only negative is not having tea and coffee making facilities in the room which I would expect from this type of establishment,but this would not stop me staying again "
