It was nice, but because it was over Easter Weekend, there was not much open around the place. Other than that, really nice. Rooms were big.

The staff here was very friendly and it was a great location to catch the tram into the city. The room was comfortable and I could easily stay here for an extended stay. My only frustration was having to run back inside after getting my car out of the garage to return the fob. It makes sense but it would be nice to have a place to drop the fob upon exiting.

Would not recommend

Apart from a clean bed and the room being have good radiators to dry wet clothes, it was awful, wouldn’t recommend or stay again. The bedroom and bathroom both smelt disgusting, floor was visibly and not mopped. There was no hair dryer or full size pillows on the bed.

Parking was not easily available and on street parking limited snd expensive. When exiting the parking, you then had to return the key to reception which would not be easy to park up to return to receptions. Reception not 24hrs. Good tram links to centre Room ok, but warm in summer

I liked that it was clean and simple. I didn't like that the reception was not available and had to wait for check in. Also didn't like the the toilet-paper did not have it's own place, so it is just sitting on the flush tank.

The sofa bed was so uncomfortable it could not be used as a bed. The furnisings are not sensible for the room, no wardrobe or shelves or storage ... the 1BR is ok for one but not three. Note ITS ON A VERY NOISY ROAD WITH NO AIRCONDITIONG SO IF HOT YIU CANT SLEEP IF YOU OPEN WINDOWS TO COOL!

I would say our stay was fine for 1 night although I think overpriced for what you get. The location isn’t the best, had to drive to get to a restaurant. There is no A/C or fans in the room and having the window open made it way to loud to sleep from all the street noise and the people drinking and making noise at the front of the building. Overall the hotel is ok for a quick stay but wouldn’t recommend for more than 1 night

Even though I called several times to clarify parts of my stay, there were still many issues and lack of good communication between employees which led to misunderstandings. The room also needed to be cleaned better, and maintained (the shower door was completely broken yet still there) and was missing toilet paper and toiletries when we arrived which was late in the evening. And the beds were uncomfortable

Very nice with an indirekte pool with hot water. Not very nice standard of cleaning in the room and lack of hair draier, kettel to make water for ciffee/the hot, lack of reading light at bed and table. Also lack of knife for cutting bred, vegetables and other. Yes, I asked for these things at the reception with no luck.

Impossible to contact them … the phone # provided on their website and on Expedia is dead.We we’re told to call them to arrange check in .. impossible to do so we showed up … no one was there finally someone showed up at 5 pm. Paid for parking and we’re not told where to park had to return to desk to figure out parking . Breakfast was extra, 10 euros and terrible .. no hot food like other lovely buffets we’ve had in Germany. Poorly equipped kitchen. Also EXTREMELY loud on the street night and HOT , no AC. And a quick FYI we are VERY experienced travelers and know what to expect for the price. This place definitely was disappointing.

Checkin was not okay. First of all the entrance of the hotel is not looking okay (broken glass and a forced door). After asking for a parking place the lady told me there was no place, after telling that my car is full with luggage she gave me the key for the parking garage. Which was totally empty! When we entered the room it was missing a baby bed for our 1 year old son. After telling this the only answer was that I had to tell this in the morning upon arrival (I’ve booked two months in advance!) and she was not making any moves to help or support. We’ve left the hotel and booked another hotel with a baby bed. After telling this there was even no movement from the staff to keep us in or even ask what they can do to keep us satisfied. Don’t go to this hotel!

The heat in the room was not working. Secondly, there was a hole in one of the interior doors, thirdly, you were told that the garbage in the room must be removed by you, not by the maid, bed was hard and uncomfortable, and because the reception desk was not always manned, there was a possibility of you leaving stored luggage there and not being able to get it back
