They offered an airport pick up but never send the driver. When we eventually got to the hotel and asked the receptionist who was checking us in, I was basically brushed off and ignored. The room was not as advertised. I would not go back there or recommend this hotel

We never had wifi in our room even after complaining several times. Had to call for the TV to work. We've had to go to reception just to get our cell phones to get wifi.
