"Ricardo is wonderful and available to FaceTime all times of the day and bends over backwards to get things done to improve your stay. When we first arrived, the elevator didn’t work, we’re in our 70’s and hauling our luggage three flights up was very difficult after having been up 30 hrs. No one had reported the elevator was out of order to Ricardo yet. When we called him he got it fixed while we took a nap. He’s the best and the room lovely and very clean. Would highly recommend."
