"This is truly a 5 star hotel experience. From the initial greeting by the staff at check in to the very informative concierges. The room was well appointed and the housekeeping staff was very responsive. We had an issue with a shower head leak that was resolved within the hour. "Cute spot. Great Breakfast delivered to your door. 20min to walk to anywhere is enjoyable, very secure neighborhood as the Military station is across the street. Hosts are available with whats app and accommodating. Quick Tip: dont take a taxi from the train station. They will scam you $50 euro. And its only a 2 block lovely walk. Even with luggage. Also , let the Hotel know your arrival time so they can assist you with entry if required. Our family of 4 had a lovely stay. "

"Good location close to main railway station and within walking distance of main sights of Rome. Easy access to property for check-in and Paulo was friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage the next morning until we caught our bus to the airport. The apartment was lovely and bed comfortable but the room and bathroom needed updating. "

"This property was clean, ten min walk to the Roma train station, and the staff was excellent, both friendly and helpful. The bed was hard, but that is a personal preference, so it may work for others. The location felt a little isolated from the major attractions, but Rome is easy to get around, just bring great walking shoes. "

"The staff was excellent. The hotel is clean and close to Termini station. The decor/furniture is fairly old so don't expect a modern hotel. Some things were "OK" like the shower head which didn't adjust as it should and was like standing under a hose. Things like that seem fairly typical in Italian hotels though. "

"I had a one night stay on a very hot June weekend. The location is convenient for Roma Termini station, which has direct trains to FCO airport every 15 minutes. Check in was charming. The room was perfectly fine, with AC that was almost able to keep the room comfortable. One cannot take this for granted in Rome."

"The hotel was very accommodating and included the amenities that made our stay at the light. The hotel is close to the train station and we were able to store our lockers approximately two blocks away to spend more time visiting the area.
