Cari Chalet di Casa de Campo

"Extremely small hotel room. I wouldn’t stay again."

"Clean room, and great staff"

"Great location, great staff, very clean rooms. My only complain is that I was supposed to get a room with Double bed and got a room with 2 twin beds."

"All the staff I met were incredibly helpful and personable. My room was spacious and clean. A decent breakfast. A good location, near enough to a city centre and a Metro station, not too close/far into the centre though whereby I imagine it could get noisy. Would happily stay again!"

"We were able to have an early check-in, at no extra cost, thank you so much! HVAC was not working initially but staff was able to fix it and we had no issues after that. Super gracious front desk staff, helpful with directions and calling taxis. Gracias!!"

"House keeping and location is the best part, however, during the day hotel having conference then good luck with any services at breakfast lounge."

"The property needs maintenance, and staff needs to be more hospitable as service oriented."

"Breakfast was amazing. Staff were warm and welcoming. This is where we will choose to stay from now on when visiting Spain. Loved the art deco decor, really well maintained."

"Great bed and breakfast"
