"Nice pool deck and bar. Good food and drinks at both the pool bar and restaurant. Restaurant could do with more vegetarian options, all thy had was pizza or salad and the pizza oven was not working while we were there. Rooms are a little dark and quite small. "

However, there was a major inconvenience when the water was out for a few hours and the property didn’t have a water cistern or backup system. Since we only stayed one night, we had to wait until the next morning to shower, which was frustrating. For the price we paid, having a water backup system is something I would definitely expect"

The only thing I would caution people who have difficulty climbing stairs - this might not be the best place for you - there are stairs to get to the apartment and another flight inside the apartment to get to the 2nd bedroom. We loved the space and the balcony overlooking the street - it is a very good place to stay in old San Juan"

"My boyfriend and I needed a room for a 1 night stay in old San Juan. Navona studios is in a super convenient location and a great price for a simple room. Check-in was easy even though there was no front desk. They sent over very detailed instructions so the process went smoothly. The room itself is small but clean and has all you need. I also appreciated the level of security to get to our room. There were a couple locked doors before even getting to our room. The Navona jewelry store next...

"Great location right in the heart of old San Juan. Nothing overly fancy but was great for a last minute booking."

"The room is spacious and nice. There were 3 of us and the sleeper couch was not comfortable at all. The water takes a while to warm up so the shower was a little on the chilly side. The jacuzzi was dirty and didn't use which was a disappointment. The shuttle was out of service. The Lyft was reasonable $5 to $10 for 3 of us to get to Old San Juan and the cruise port. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us keep our luggage there after check out. They were there late for check...

"Great location with excellent amenities and layout. The gym and the pool were absolute favorites. The breakfast bar which transitioned to a cocktail bar was also a nice treat! Housekeeping was friendly and easily accessible."
