"That's terrible service and staff"

"Property was clean and room configuration was ideal for my snoring husband and I. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the walls were not very sound proof at all. The tv in the living area next door could be heard all night while sleeping in the pullout in our living room. I also woke up to the Rocky theme coming from the room on the other side. Regardless, I think I would stay there again for the room layout and cleanliness."

"Very noisy hallways woke me up in the middle of the night. Normal speaking voices were easily heard in my room."

"When we opened the door to our section of the hotel, after walking down several walkways, we were hit with a wall of chemical smell, probably masking years of notes air, or smokers. The room was just as bad. No way was it healthy to be breathing that in. We were only hopeful that our clothes did not pick up that smell."
