"What a serene place! So peaceful and pretty! We had late dinner (10pm) and really enjoyed eating on the patio. The food was nothing amazing but the atmosphere was really nice. "This hotel is a hidden gem and was very reasonably priced. We were pleasantly surprised after reading some of the comments from previous guests. Ignore the bad reviews, our stay was great from start to finish. We arrived at around 1:30pm, well before the check in of 4pm, but the lady on reception was very helpful and said that our room would be ready in 20-30 minutes. She gave us a voucher for a free welcome drink whilst we waited for our room. The outside seating and pool areas were lovely and kept clean & tidy. Our room was on the third floor, with a balcony overlooking the front of the hotel (where there are some lovely restaurants to grab a drink or a bite to eat). The room was clean, bright and spacious. The kitchenette had a sink, fridge, microwave, toaster and electric hob. We only used the fridge, to store drinks and snacks, but it was very handy as there is a mini supermarket yards from the hotel. The room had full length blackout curtains, so we slept very well and we were not disturbed by any noises from outside. The hotel is in a great location a couple of minutes walk from the beach and the harbour, and approximately 5-10 minutes from the old town (depending on how quickly you walk). All of the staff were always friendly and helpful, we will definitely stay there again."
