Clean basic room with a window overlooking the corridor. Decent shower for Latin America. Hotel is in a residential area about 20 minutes walk to the old city. As always in Latin America very courteous staff. Reasonable but not lavish breakfast included. Overall fare value for money.

Nice Hotel, clean and strong wifi, the staff people are very friendly, delicious breakfast and fresh fruits every morning. Good location, walking distance to restaurants, Cafe, shops and old town. We'll miss all that.

This place is in the perfect location. I found restaurants, stores and an ATM when I took a short 10 minute walk. The staff was also very great! I would book here again if I needed to!

Noisy, construction and no respect for guests!

This is not a 8 star out of ten stay by any stretch of one’s imagination. They placed me on the second floor right next the eating area where a group of 14 people were very loud having breakfast at 6 am. Finally fell back to sleep when I was woken at 8 am by jack hammering of the floors and walls in the unit directly below me!! It was absolutely insane and it went on all day long! I had to shower and get the heck out. After waiting for another room all day, they placed me on the rooftop right across the generator room. The owner obviously had no respect for guests staying or this work would have been done and the adjoining rooms closed off! This continued every day where one could not even have an online conference call. I finally checked out a day early as the extremely loud music from the next door place started up at 10 pm - I checked out at 11 pm and booked into an airbnb which provided me a quiet nights sleep! Many guests were upset by the lack of respect that the hotel management had for current guests! Location was great - staff was great, hotel management pathetic!! I left at 11 pm on a Saturday night after 6 nights of little sleep ! Non refundable booking! My advise - BOOK ELSEWHERE!

It is a very clean place to stay located in a wonderful neighborhood. Not quite located downtown, but is 10 minutes away. I really liked the location. Also, a big part of why the place is so great is because of the people that work there. They were all very kind and very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great place to stay when visiting Cartagena though it is outside the city. Extremely affordable and great place for the price. Safe place to stay, breakfast was fantastic, entire place was kept very clean, pool was very nice, and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I think it is a new hotel , basic service, very clean, the receptionist was very helpful. Breakfast included, which help us to save a lot of money. Cartagena it is very expensive. What i didn’t like was we could heard through the walls other people from the next room. - only one blanket, for 3 beds that I had in the room . Pros- the area is very safe, the hotel is safe. Wifi Customer service 10 /10

Updated in a quiet neighborhood

This hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood that isn’t far from Getsemani where everything is going on. The staff was friendly they offer breakfast which I didn’t get to eat because I had tours and activities planned. The only cons are the cleanliness (the black flies that fly around near water), the water doesn’t get really hot, and the doors to the rooms. As a solo traveler, I was concerned because the door is a regular knob that only locks and unlocks from the outside. The buildings have doors that lead to the rooms and those stay open and the main gate stays open throughout the day as well. Something to keep in mind because anyone could be walking in and out or sitting in the lobby of the individual buildings.

El hotel está en un barrio residencial, lo que lo hace muy tranquilo y silencioso. Se puede llegar caminando al centro o a Getsemaní, aunque yo opté por acercarme usando Uber en la tarde noche porque una noche un motociclista intentó quitarme el celular.
