"This is one of the BEST stays ever. Old world Spanish colonial charm with modern day luxury. The building is a centrally located gem w classic European interior courtyard and palm trees. Fully stocked kitchen w coffee and creamers! A large high ceiling one bedroom duplex loft, separate kitchen & dining, living room w sofa , chairs and large TV, wide modern stairs leading up to a large bedroom, suitable for extended stay. Two large floor to window balcony doors open to a long balcony w/ spectacular views of Old city. Large clean bathroom w plenty of towels! The vintage tile througout the apartment is to die for! You could make a speech on the balcony a la Evita Peron! Only thing I would add is a closet!! There is definitely space for one. Other than that it was perfection,we would 100% stay only here again: I would reccommend it to anyone traveling to Puerto Rico. "

"I loved staying at this hotel. The location is incredible. The building and the rooms are beautiful. Everything is Spanish style with high ceilings , wrap around balcony and a courtyard. Pure beauty! And the staff was very sweet. "

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. Man knocking on my door claiming he was maintenance at 11pm at night. No peephole on door to see to see who it was. I yelled through door we did not ask for maintenance. We did not feel safe. I told 3 different people who worked at property and left the next morning- no refund of nights I didn't stay. Each person I spoke to was indifferent about my concerns. I had 3 unauthorized charges of $100 on my debit card too after staying there . They took a photo copy of my card for payment. Bar on property so loud and not secure. We left and drove to Dorado to stay- skip this hotel and do the same if comfort and safety are your priorities "
