"This place was terrible, very unclean and bugs in the walls. Reached out to all numbers provided (phone, WhatsApp etc) to report the conditions of the place and did not receive a response. "It looks like an abandoned place. The pool area looks scary and dirty. We could not sleep because of a noise coming from something loose in the balcony. The whole building needs an urgent renovation it's hard to believe that a place like this comply with all the government regulations. Way too expensive for what they have to offer."

"I loved this place! The room was a little far and downhill but to me it didn’t matter because as soon as I opened the door to my room I was greeted to a balcony room overlooking a beautiful ocean view! I slept the whole night with the door to the balcony open just to hear the waves crashing! The pools were perfect! We order food and drinks! There’s also a lot to explore around the property such as hiking trails and kayaking! And the beach was probably top 5 most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen...

Housekeeping services were not always provided. For over $400 per night, I certainly expected to come back to a clean, well stocked room at the end of the day. "
