The staff were very friendly and helpful and requested that our overall bill be reduced due to the inconvenience. We appreciated their help and were grateful for the good customer service. "

"Free parking in front of the hotel and no issues finding a spot. Large rooms but it has seen better days and could use a refresh. Location is about 10 to 15 mins drive into the main town of Ennis and hotel is beside a golf course, not affiliated with the hotel. Stayed only for 1 night and it was fine."

"Food really really good - bed super comfy - lovely bathroom deep tub hot hot shower ample parking. Everything clean- Right beside the beach a boardwalk and 25 minutes to doolin - beach gorgeous - just lovely and would recommend - and Flanagan’s pub for atmosphere and music and the cornerstone pub for food "

"Nice Hotel , clean and comfortable beds , however some of the plugs in the room didn’t work , plugs where lose fittings, heating kept turning off which left the room cold. The food is excellent in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast , the staff are young and inexperienced, getting confused with orders and very slow !!"

"Breakfast was located near the rooms with plenty to eat. Parking is on the street in front or there is a large lot to the rear. Room had what we needed and was clean. Quiet until about 6am when someone rolled up playing club music just outside our room. Bed comfy and hot shower. Could walk to get food, laundry down the street and a cute farmers market was setting up across the street when we left ( Friday)."

"Our room is lovely your staff was incredible we enjoyed a beautiful breakfast in the morning and we really enjoyed watching the Masters in your bar area what a fun group of people highly recommend this hotel hopefully we will be back your whole staff was wonderful but we especially like to give a shout out to the girl that checked us in I believe her name was Danielle adorable just so friendly kind helpful give that girl a raise"

"We stayed there one night on our way from Doolin. There's mostly accommodations in that area and Glasha Meadows is conveniently near town. We texted our host after we were done with The Cliffs of Moher. She met us out front and took us to our unit. Easy. Our unit had three comfortable beds and was clean and cozy. Nice bathroom. Some other little touches like a comfy sofa and a skylight that had a cover so no bright light at dawn. Our host was friendly and had good recs for places to eat, Sean...

"The whole hotel was very rundown and sad. It smelled like stale bar smoke. The room had hair on the bed along with worn out and sandpaper rough linens. The shower door was hanging off its track. There was mold in the corners and the carpet stunk. It felt like a you hostel more than a hotel. "
