"The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. We felt that the breakfast hours could be extended. The current hours are 6:30 to 9:30 AM. It would be better if breakfast was served until at least 10:30 or 11:00 AM. The area lacks walkable shops, bars, and restaurants"

"Staff friendly. Breakfast very good although not included. Many amenities for kids next to Busch Gardens. Bed nice, however ceilings and carpet not clean and dilapidated. I had very limited options to cancel second day; would have been reimbursed very small amount;That was unacceptable. Probably more options if had booked through hotel. Did not see a phone number on Expedia to call directly."

"Maybe a better choice out of the surrounding hotels but definitely didn't feel like it was as great as most of the reviewers have mentioned. The front lobby appears nice and the staff were very friendly. However, although they maybe had some renovations, rooms still felt a little outdated and small. The bathrooms were small and you could definitely see the wear and tear on the ceiling of the shower and the shower head was very low for a standard bathroom shower. "I think they can repave the parking lot and spruce up the outside along with the lobby. It doesn’t look to appealing.Need hospitality to throughly clean rooms. They left used towels in our room. Staff were friendly. The breakfast could be better and the elevators need work."

"It was a short stay for the finances however I had to change rooms 2 times. Bathroom was being worked on and t.v wasn't working in 2nd room. The staff was very polite and helpful. There was 1 bug we saw on our way out. I think once the small renovations are done it'll be better. Bedding could use some updating or replacing."

"The staff allowed us to drop our luggage off before check-in so we could go off to do other things and that was nice. The mattress was fairly comfortable and the air conditioning worked fine. Otherwise it was an unpleasant experience. The room was dark and dingy. The furnishings were worn out…the easy chair had stained fabric, the bed sheet had a hole in it, and the handle on the folding door to the bath was missing. The TV produced a message stating that the streaming contract was expired so...

"Overall my stay was OK. Upon arrival I was not able to check in on time because my room was not available due to hotel being reserved to capacity, which caused me to have a 1 hr delay in check in. The hotel receptionist (Urania)was somewhat pleasant however, made some remarks that my particular room wasn’t ready because I had to wait for a handicap room, I stated I did not book a handicap room. Then, she stated that since I booked via Expedia that, I have the cheapest room, so I had to wait for...

"My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The property is extremely outdated, and our first room was unacceptable. When we opened the door, the entire lock assembly was lying on the floor, the door was already open, and it looked like someone had tried to break in. We were moved to another room, but the air conditioning wasn’t working there either. The only positive part of our stay was the gentleman at the front desk. He was very kind, professional, and did his best to help...

"John was great! Definitely a pleasure to meet him. He helped me get settled while being overwhelmed due to the death of my father approaching. It’s nice to meet people that really care!"

"We got there at 1 am and there was no one at the front desk, so I had to walk to hotel next door to get assistance. There was stuff floating in the toilet. Mold on the ceiling in the shower. The shower curtain rack was about to fall and curtain wouldn’t stay. Hair stuck to the walls of the tub so it doesn’t appear the bathroom was properly cleaned. The bed was nice and comfy and AC worked. We only slept there and left early the next morning."
