"My room had crushed dead bugs in it and hair on the floor near the bathroom sink. And I didn't have a full size towel in my room. When I took a shower I had to use a hand towel to dry off"

"This is a very basic stay. Room was relatively clean; however, there was no hot or warm water - staff never told us upon check-in even though we found out a pipe burst a few days prior and it hadn't been repaired. Curtains didn't open or close, air system was difficult to adjust, and the walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything outside your door. Prior to booking or staying, I recommend asking when the room was previously stayed in and whether there are any issues."

"While the staff was very nice and accommodating the owners should really look into updating the property. The rooms need maintenance and repairs! Our first room the floors were dirty, the room smelled like an ash tray, and the water for the shower came out of the wall. The next room the door wouldn't work so the staff had to force the door open. The room didn't smell but again the floors were dirty as well as the fixtures. The hotel overall was ok, but we won't be returning and canceled for...

"Maybe with the new name the property over time will be better. However, I stayed here with my family about 4-5 years ago and it was a different name then. The care of the overall facility has not changed much over time. The carpets in the rooms still need to be removed and replaced with new carpet or vinyl hardwoods. The beds weren’t bad and the new shower heads were the best part of my stay. The breakfast could also use an upgrade."

"This property was awful. There was blood on bedding when we got there and this property person makes you put a deposit in CASH. Don't stay here The guy is crooked and is looking to steal you money. As well he is super rude once you call him out. Also there are people screaming all night. Had to leave for the airport at 3 am and they were still going."

"Didn't use either,we were in our room Saturday evening when a man opened our door they had given him a key to our room this is completely unacceptable. incompetent help."
