"The first night was noisy a car came into car park at 2am and was blasting music out and guest or two banging doors and knocking on door The second night was better. Only a two night stay for an event. Housekeeping on Saturday did not replace complimentary tea and coffee bin not emptied and beds not straightened up after 1st night. It's basic no thrills hotel. Also lift out of order."

"A nice hotel off the M1. Plenty of parking. A warm welcome on arrival. All staff were very pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. Very handy that there was air con in the room. Disappointing that the windows were locked, they should NOT be. Cooked and continental breakfast was good. A excellent hotel due to its location for business or touring."

"The room was fine, not exceptional, for me, as I was only staying for 6 nights. I hadn't booked breakfast as it was only offered on a Sunday, but there is a "Sandwich Stop" attached to the hotel in the car park. Parking was adequate, but trying to exit onto the busy main road was a nightmare, as the hedges were so overgrown and hadn't been trimmed, so it was impossible to see traffic approaching from both directions. "The Bathroom Floor needs new Tiles. The Bath needs a new Shower Screen. The Bath needs a quality Bath Panal. The Toilet needs a better quality toilet Seat. The Bedrooms need a portable Fridge Cooler. Restaurant evening Meals are not available certain days. Reception Staff rarely answer the telephone."

"Disappointing, I wouldn’t stay here again if I could avoid it. The staff were good, but I don’t think there were enough of them to run the hotel, so as a result some things, such as the cleanliness and maintenance of the room were poor. I want to be very clear that I would attribute this to staffing levels, and not to any individual members of staff.
