Checking it was extremely difficult. I was there with our wedding party - we had about 20 rooms total. Everyone had a very difficult time checking in. It looks us an hour. And then after the long wait they tried selling everyone a timeshare. Obviously very short staffed.

The facility was clean, couch displayed vinyl tears and the sleeper couch springs were defective.

Check in very easy as well as check out. Shout out to Mike, who was very helpful and sweet even gave us options on what to do in San Diego.
