"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Lovely lounge and dining areas with good food and breakfast. Desk staff were extremely helpful - especially Lewis! ….. it is a tricky place to enter on arrival with luggage as there’s no pull in place and, although there are self opening doors, There are many steps up to the foyer desk with no intercom to alert your need for assistance! However the staff were gracious and immediate with their assistance once asked. We recommend this very well located charming...

"**Review:** We had an amazing stay at this hotel with Laura as our wonderful host. The location was perfectly situated in New Town, with everything comfortably close and within walking distance. On our first day, the hosts kindly circled must-visit areas on the map, making it easy for us to explore, even with our 5-year-old. The Mavyn Cafe on the first floor was a gem, opening early with fantastic coffee and pastries. I highly recommend trying the bramble and lavender loaf! Whenever we needed...

"The hotel is beautiful inside . My room was lovely and spotless . The hotel was clean . Most of staff at checkout are task oriented and their attitude does not reflect the level of service I’d expect in this prestige hotel therefore I will never be back . Also a hammering noise at 10 pm that went on for a good twenty mins wasn’t welcome . The waiting staff were very polite and friendly unlike the reception staff . "
