"The room was really clean. The remote and TV system sucks. It’s ridiculously hard and the remotes are awful. There was no freezer in the fridge, but the people out the front desk were nice enough to keep my ice packs cold in their freezer. Unfortunately my smoke free room was not smoke-free and when I got home all of my clothes smelled like smoke. But they were nice enough to let me change rooms."

"The floors were filthy, the shower curtain was gross and there were hairs in the shower. It’s not been this bad before when I have stayed and on top of it I was questioned about a service animal that I had brought there before, so much so the attendant remembered my name. I believe this will likely be my last stay. I had to purchase towels because we had to walk with the hotel towels under our feet"

"The rooms do not get properly cleaned. Sheets have evidence of bug droppings. Moved to another room but the toilet had hairs and much droppings or residue from who knows what dropped into the rear of the seat where hinges lay. MUCH, loose and recent. The coffee a coffee pot had dried up old pod in filter tray. Closet still had customer clothing in it!!! Stay away "

"The room was clean but there was a strong cleaning chemical smell inside that bothered me as I am sensitive to strong scent. They only give 1 small bottle of shampoo and no conditioner. No breakfast either. It’s all good as we only needed one night stay and for that price it’s all good."
