"Dylan was lovely so no concerns with the check in process and being looked after. However the room we were given was poor. Things we noticed, acknowledging there’s works outside (but not in the room were: - Cracked balcony window. - No remote control for the TV and thus only way to turn it off/on was at the wall. - Cold shower. - Grimy kitchen table. - Random bowl of sugar lollies left on top of the fridge. - Old food left in oven. - Did not get the OneKeyReward referenced in the Expedia booking. Certainly did not feel like the 4.5 star hotel it is listed on for Expedia."

"I lost my code for my room late at night and had to call at 2am to get it again the boss come toy room meet me there and gave me a card with the code so I did nkt lose it if there was any issues whit the room he offered to move me to a difference room when they fixed the room I was in there where fantastic to deal with and the room was nice I did nkt like the shower head as it hade led lights in it but if you have kids they would love that"

"Hotel is dated but was clean and staff were friendly. Not much in the way of amenities so can’t say anything about that. The food in the restaurant was very good!"

"First the good stuff. Parking was easy and right outside my room- good during the rainy season. The desk clerks were nice and pleasant. The bed was clean and the room itself was clean. I used the fridge, kettle and the hair dryer, and these were fine. The not so good stuff: the carpet was torn, the shower plumbing leaked and sprayed from a connection point down low, the locks on the door were non-functional (door chain with both parts screwed into the door frame instead of one part on the actual door, and a turn lock that did nothing). The worst was my room was apparently double booked so strangers were trying to get in late at night. I told them through the door that it was occupied but they came back with a clerk that proceeded to open the door until I spoke up again. The clerk quickly apologized and left but I ended up moving a chair to block the door just for some mental comfort while I slept. It was expensive for how outdated and rundown the interior was but maybe I'm just not used to Aussie prices yet. The walls are thin enough I could hear neighbors watching tv and chatting. I brought my white noise machine just in case, so I could sleep undisturbed and was glad I did. It looks much nicer in the picture."
