"It was my first time here in Colorado. I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. They never made my bed. I spoke to staff at the front desk on why my bed wasn’t made, my towels weren’t replaced, and my trash was not taken out. Their response, “We make your bed every 3 days. I can make a note regarding your room for them to clean it.” I left my contact info for the manager to give me a call. No call back either. They didn’t clean my room or make my bed until the 4th day. Next day, I went home....

"The toilet was not functioning properly during the entirety of our stay. It was already broken when we checked in. It took a few hours for us to realize the toilet paper was not flushing. I had to google the hotel phone number because the room phone was not working. I called down and was told that all the room phones on my floor were not working, and that maintenance was only there during the day, and they offered to move us to a different room. In retrospect I wish we had chosen this option,...

I have had a few bad experiences at Best Western properties. I wanted to give Best Western another chance. "Can't beat the location of this motel, right on the main road with great restaurants, attractions, etc. within walking distance. Perfect spot to begin acclimating for mountain trips. Bed was comfy and the host was very helpful with recommendations. Should be noted that some photos in the listing are of the rental house and some of the motel, so be sure you're booking the space you want. "
