On arrival we were welcomed by Brian who has wealth of knowledge of the area and was very kind. Brian really made our stay memorable he even assisted us in ordering dinner. "Splendid hotel and well located in old city. The staff were exceptional. Always very friendly and helpful. The English concierge ( who spoke fluent French ) gave us some great tips on nearby restaurants and recommended a wonderful wine tour to the left and right bank which was so informative and personal. Money well spent !! I would highly recommend this hotel in such a vibrant and beautiful city. ✅✅"

"Room was clean and well appointed. They let us into our room an our early and let us check out two hours later than the standard check out. We really appreciated that because we were only there one night. There was an issue with the fridge not working and a window not closing properly, letting in a lot of noise from the Food Hall next door. The maintenance person responded immediately and replaced the fridge and repaired the window. He also provided restaurant recommendations and advice about...
