"This was our second stay here dueing our travels, actually could of stayed at another hotel at companies expense but chose Anara based on experiences of past stay. Staff is far superior than mist area hotels, they try hard to please you and to make sure your stay is 5 star. "Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich wollte ein neues Hotel in Flughafennähe entdecken, und das war sehr gut. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet! Sehr freundliches Personal! Ich wurde um 9 Uhr telefonisch erinnert, dass das Frühstück noch bis 10 Uhr offen ist. Wunderbar, denn ich hätte mich ansonsten verschlafen. Der Swimmingpool ist nur 120cm tief, gut für Kinder. Ca. 1min vom Hotel entfernt gibt es kleine Straßenrestaurants, wo man um ca. 1 bis 2 Euro sehr gut essen kann! Fahrdauer zum Flughafen...

"Very good hotel. Mall entrance is from inside the lobby by the coffee shop at the lobby not very far is about 25 minutes. Dr. to the airport extended my day one hour which is very kind of them very clean. New hotel mall is very nice. has everything people who check in and check me out are very kind people his name is hanif , Nadia and garland were very nice and gave me great service. "

"From 16 to 18 February 2019, it was another wonderful stay in Sahid Mutiara Hotel in Karawaci. Truly, Ms Gita showed her wonderful and sincere smile jovially when she saw me. A feeling made me (and you) felt like you had returned home. All other staffs were polite too. My 3 friends told me they had enjoyed their stay in this hotel as they like the room cleanliness, good restaurant food and many others. We stayed in Room 610 and 612. I definitely will return to Sahid Mutiara Hotel again."
