"Everything was perfect when we went. The hot tub on the roof wouldn't get hot though. Other than that the view from the roof was beautiful"

"Excelente opción, el personal muy amable y atento, llegamos un poco antes del check in y la habitación ya estaba lista y disponible, igual puedes dejar tu equipaje para salir ligero a recorrer Guaymas, la habitación limpia, TV con buenos canales, WiFi sin fallas, dejaron café de cortesía (en recepción también puedes encontrar café a la hora que gustes), agua caliente, A/C, incluye desayuno de 6-10 am (chilaquiles rojos o verdes, huevito, frijoles, cereal, fruta, yogurt, pan, hot-cakes (vuelan) ) , disponible gym (cuando fui no estaba disponible la caminadora), hay dos albercas, son algo pequeñas pero son dos ;) , una afuera con juegos para niños, y otra por dentro , esa fue nuestra experiencia y fue muy buena =) Mi novio y yo fuimos por el medio maratón de Guaymas, volveríamos sin duda el siguente año a Holiday inn."

"Hotel was very clean. Lots of friendly staff. Room was very clean with good amenities. Buffett breakfast was was hot and plentiful. Seems to be a location involved in the community as there were several groups celebrating something. Volleyball and youth baseball teams were enjoying the pool. The steakhouse was delicious! Looking forward to coming back in the late fall. "

"We had a great stay at San Carlos Plaza. Its location offers a quiet area amid the stunning mountains and a beautiful bay at the Sea of Cortes. The property is well kept, it has plenty of parking space and the staff is very attentive. The room was clean, spacious and beds were comfortable. We didn’t use the cafeteria but had dinner at Los Arbolitos, which offered plenty of choices, generous portions and great service, in front of the beach. All in all, our 2-night stay was a very enjoyable!"

"Booked a room online and when we went to check in there were none of those rooms available . So we were given two rooms for the same amount of ppl that were on the reservation . We went into the room and there were people laying on the bed so we had to go back down and wait an hour to be given another room . All the ice machines didn’t work and the wifi was bad also"
