"Stayed for 2 nights, no one cleaned my room or replaced my towels. Don’t serve food after 7.30pm so don’t expect to eat if you arrive in the evening. Waited for the receptionist for about 10 mins on the second day despite ringing the bell numerous times. Oh and my tv was broke."
