"Villa Casanova is a delightful small family run B and B situated close to the shops, restaurants and vaporetta stop, making it the ideal place to stay. The rooms are spotless and very quaint on the top floor. The breakfast choice is superb with all tastes catered for, cereal, fruit, hard-boiled eggs, cold meats and hot croissants. One of my favourite meals is Caprese and although I’ve never had it for breakfast before I thoroughly enjoyed having it every morning. My friend and I enjoyed our...

"On arrival the young male receptionist was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We booked the premium double with views out to the busy canal and although a bit noisy at times, this added to the Venice experience. "Our favourite place out of the entire two weeks we were travelling around Italy! Excellent room and staff service was great, (thank you Massimo), very spacious and everything was new! Felt really safe around the area but the location might add an extra 10 min walk from the main Venice attractions compared to if you were to stay closer to the San Marco area. 10/10 would recommend."
