"Leider nicht ganz so gut wie erwartet. Im Badezimmer war viel Schimmel an den Fugen aber auch etwas an der Wand. Zwischen Regal und Wand waren einige Spinnenweben und das Bett hat die ganze Nacht, bei jeder Umdrehung gequietscht. Das Team vor Ort war super, hat sich auch direkt um das Thema gekümmert, soweit es möglich war und hat ein Ersatzzimmer und eine Teilerstattung angeboten. Das Frühstück war insgesamt gut."

"Incredible room in an incredible location"

"The property is located in a nice area, and the staff were friendly, especially the cleaning lady, who was extremely kind and welcoming. However, it’s important to know that this is not really a traditional hotel. There are only a few rooms located above a restaurant, and we stayed in their most expensive room option. Unfortunately, the room itself is why I would not stay here again. The bed was uncomfortable and made a loud noise with every toss and turn, which made it difficult to get a good...

"Location very good, could do with kitchen area ,clean and tidy and value for money . No issues 8 out of 10"

"Monica was so sweet and accommodating to all of our needs. The room, view, and location were all perfect. 10/10 would stay again."

"Room never cleaned or made in 6 days. Had to ask for toilet paper and wait half day for it. Trash never emptied for 6 days. I had to take out my own garbage because i did not want to smell."

"Lack of air conditioning was not clear on advertising and made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Cleaning lady walked into room at 9am, 9.30 and 10am uninvited, barking at us to leave. No coffee provided. Shower drainage was blocked and flooded room. Church bell practice from 6am on a Saturday was a further unwelcome surprise"

"If you look at the pictures advertised there was a lack of honesty. The pictures advertised that every room would have a beautiful view of the mountain. This was not the case, our view was of the backyard where there were a bunch or run down items. The WiFi did not work and when I reached out to the host I received no response. The shower would back up every time and turn into a bath which was gross, there were no plungers or anything left to help ourselves since the host did not respond. To...

"This apartment is everything you could ask for if you're looking for a tranquil stay in Como. We loved the building itself. The location couldn't be better. It's just steps away from the Duomo, surrounded by great options for breakfast cafes, cozy spots for an aperitivo, and fantastic restaurants for dinner. You're also only a 5 minute walk from the lake and the ferry station, which made getting around so easy, plus there are plenty of bus stops nearby. The apartment itself was great. The bed...
