I like the room.. the air conditioning needed to be a lil better. And blow a lil stronger.. sink in bathroom and shower were to small. .. i liked location of the place.. and the grocery store and ferry and the restaurant in walking distance was a big plus.. i would stay again

Very friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Very Close to lake Como. A market and restaurants close by.

I liked that the owner met us and helped carry my suitcase up four floors and upon arriving the room smelled freshly clean and a wonderful surprise was that there was a bottle of chilled Prosecco waiting for us. After our long day travelling , it was really nice to share a glass of Prosecco sitting on our deck overlooking Lake Como. The location was perfect and just a short walk to catch a ferry and travel the Lake and the bus stop was also close and took us into city centre and back to the train station on our departure. The only really negative thing I had to say was out of our three nights stay, we only slept two nights as there’s a bar that open below our room from 5pm until 5am. It’s a small bar so the customers sat outside our bedroom windows and talked all night! Laughing and very expressive , like an Italian. Someone must have said something, as by the 3rd night, they weren’t as loud. That aside, I would recommend this cozy studio room.

Abbiamo avuto un problema quando siamo arrivati per colpa nostra, ma nessuno dei contatti e del telefono ha dato risposta fino al giorno dopo, potevamo essere rimasti fuori e nessuno ci avrebbe dato riparo, riconosco che è stato per colpa nostra no un contatto telefonico che rispondesse ci voleva. La camera soddisfacente

If you look at the pictures advertised there was a lack of honesty. The pictures advertised that every room would have a beautiful view of the mountain. This was not the case, our view was of the backyard where there were a bunch or run down items. The WiFi did not work and when I reached out to the host I received no response. The shower would back up every time and turn into a bath which was gross, there were no plungers or anything left to help ourselves since the host did not respond. To lock the door you have to use the key to lock yourself in. Luckily I did because every single person checking in yanked at my door which was a bit terrifying. I think better communication from the host would change things a lot as well as transparency. Also this place is not walkable like the location was poor.

I found the bathroom towels dirty, and there was no room cleaning service. I paid the full amount in advance, but when I arrived, I was also charged an additional 23 euros, which they said was not included in what I paid online. I am not satisfied with this hotel.
