Staff was nice. But the property need to work on their heating unit. The rooms were very, very cold even the they tried to fix it twice. We eventually had to change to another room.

Taj Cape Town
Everything was great- staff were welcoming and helpful. I like the location- close to the Company Gardens, museums and interesting neighborhoods, all within easy walking distance. One thing we didn’t know at first- if you want plain old brewed coffee, ask for a pot of filtered coffee 🙃
