Brilliant accommodation at a very affordable rate

Fantastic value for money. Centrally located in Sea Point. Close the Main Road and therefore ships and restaurants. Promenade is within walking distance. Parking was a bit of a hassle but manageable. Property is safe and well maintained. A couple of maintenance issue need to be addressed in the unit but from what I have seen there is some work being done as of the time of writing this. I would love to stay here again.

The keyhole was upside down, sink water got worm when you put it on cold and the toilet was kinda tricky to flush but other that that. A very cosy place to stay!

The instructions when coming to the place were unclear and the owner was really rude. I got ate up by bugs at this place and I will never stay here again. My recommendation to anyone looking for a place to stay at I recommend not to stay here.

Though property is small, studio provides most of it can offer. 1st night of no hot water is due to electricity out from city.

Fussy Brits!

Characterful & roomy, lots of levels, not always safe in & out, particularly with regular power cuts, old, infirm, toddlers could be a safety issue, not up to UK standards. But we loved the location, safe parking & outside decking!

No bad knees, stilettos, or cars

Stayed in Studio 2 - nice quirky decor, clean, well-appointed. Steep steps down into bathroom definitely not for people with bad knees, uneven paving and wooden steps up to studio definitely not for high heel shoes. When they say no parking they really mean no parking, when I called they said park on street - nearest available parking was three roads away so I had to carry a heavy suitcase and audiovisual equipment down and up a very steep road. There were two parking spaces on the property standing empty the whole time I was there but I was told I couldn't use them.

Riesiges helles Zimmer mit Kingsize Bett - Apt Nr 1. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Kleiner Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Kaffee/Tee zum Selbermachen auch vorhanden. Die grosse Küche und Aufenthaltsraum teilt man sich mit den anderen Zimmern. Negativ: Alles ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört jeden Schritt.
